This is our second time renting a bin, because our first time was fantastic! Customer service is always an email, text, or phone call away. If you need more time, or have a question about specific items, just reach out and you have an answer quickly! Price is fair, but we've chosen them because it's local, and we want our money staying in the community.

This was our first dumpster rental and it was an extremely easy process. We rented the big one and thought it was too big. However, after our clean-out session and ten days later, it was the perfect size for our needs. The delivery and pick-up processes were seamless and hassle-free. BTDT was recommended by a friend and now I too recommend their professional services. This company will be our go-to when we need to do more Spring, Summer, or Fall cleaning!

We rent dumpsters at least twice a year. Bin There Dump That was the absolute best company we have ever worked with. A dumpster was available immediately, the price was right, and the people were professional and kind. We needed an extra day and they worked it out immediately. On pick up day, they left our driveway looking cleaner than it was when they dropped it off. You guys are stuck with us now!!! We will be back!!!

After a negative experience with another local vendor recently I tried Bin There Dump That. There are responsive, prompt, called ahead of delivery and pick up times...excellent customer service!!!

I was doing a house cleanout and rented a dumpster. Quickly filled that one up and called to have that one picked up and another one dropped off. The dumpsters were delivered and picked up very quickly. Fantastic and friendly customer service. They were polite, courteous, and professional. I couldn't have been more pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience! Communication was quick and responsive. The dumpster was available a day before it was promised, and placed in my backyard exactly where I wanted it. I was warned about possible ruts/divets in the yard, but the boards placed underneath minimized their extent. Pickup was quick and courteous. I'm going to need another dumpster in a few months and I'll have BinThere on speed dial!

I retired from the waste/recycling industry in 2014 after a great 44 year career with three of the top five companies in the industry. I must say Bin There Dump That checks all the boxes in spades! Outstanding customer service from the online registration form, phone call follow up for the order, delivery of the container, spot on location, freshly painted container, a detailed email on do’s and don’t’s! No damage to lawn or driveway, removed as promised! I will be a repeat customer for my home remodeling business! Thanks for a job well done!

I’ve never rented a dumpster before. First time I called got someone right away that was very helpful. Took time to go through with me all their options. I was still checking other places. When I called back, straight away I got another nice helpful person. Ordered a dumpster late that day. Dumpster was delivered early the next day. Driver called me to tell me he was enroute and gave me eta. The day it was to be picked up I called. While I was calling, got a text from them that said: “Call you back in 5 minutes”. Nice lady called back in 30 seconds, and said they were covered up with deliveries and would it be ok to leave it an extra day ? This was fine with me. I’m sure if it wasn’t they would’ve made arrangements to get it that day. All good. The next day driver called me with eta for pick up. Couldn’t have asked for any better. Great communication. Bin There Dump That rocks ! Don’t even bother calling anyone else. Prices were pretty much the same at most place. Bin There slightly cheaper, but got to keep dumpster longer than most places for the same price. Dumpster was clean and in good shape.

I am a Project Manager for a Fire Restoration Company and I have the need for dumpsters short notice a lot of times. Bin There Dump That Huntsville always finds a way to fit my spontaneous need in and they are a super group of people. If you need dumpster this is the place to get them. A local business family owned... super stuff.
